Today’s WOWWednesday podcast episode is about focusing on strategies, solutions, and norms that work for you, and you alone. In this short episode, I talk about the importance of staying hungry for information until you find the right blend of habits that help you get to the person you want to be. If there were a one-size-fits-all solution for every mental health illness or family circumstance, someone in the world would be very wealthy. However, there are a plethora of self-help books, podcasts, conferences, and many other personal development tools because we’re all different and require various things to make us happy. This includes looking at the dynamic within your family nucleus and building what you think is best, not what your neighbor will approve of.
